BROKEN APPOINTMENTS

Any appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged to the hourly rate.

PAYMENTS

We prefer full payment on onset of treatment.  No cheques will be accepted unless otherwise agreed by the dentist.  All payments to be completed by the last day of treatment.  Lab work must be paid for on day of impressions.

CROWN & BRIDGE WORK Work will be guaranteed for 6 months on condition that 6 months check ups are regularly attended, no smoking, 100% oral hygiene with low plaque index's, low bleeding index's.

IMPLANTS

There are no guarantees with dental implants, but no smoking, regular 6 monthly check ups, low plaque index's, low bleeding index's and 100% oral hygiene will lower the risks of dental implants failing.  If all the above are adhered to we will retry the implants - patient paying for the cost of the laboratory work and materials failure due to trauma, bad oral hygiene, high plaque index's, bleeding index's and smoking (will be at normal charges).

COMPOSITE WHITE FILLING

White fillings are guaranteed for 6 months as long as it is the same surface of the tooth the white filling is placed and is not lost due to trauma, bad oral hygiene, high plaque index's or high bleeding index's.

BLEACHING TOOTH WHITENING

Bleaching will not be guaranteed due to different densities of teeth, and depths of staining, whitening on the whole works well with most patients.

PATIENT RECORDS

Patient records are only released on patients written consent, copies are chargeable.  Emergency appointments without check ups are £40.00 minimum.  No treatment can be done without a 6 month check up unless agreed by the dentist.
