- You should avoid using your teeth to bite things as this could result in cracked teeth
- You should always brush your teeth (and tongue), floss daily, and never consume sugary foods or drinks without rinsing afterwards. Never go to bed without brushing your teeth!
- You should always attend your regular checkups/cleaning sessions and never ignore dental pain, thinking it will go away
